Extended Warranty Program

As part of our continuing development of services and products, E.S.I. Environmental Sensors Inc. offers the "Extended Warranty Program for MP-917 Instruments".

This warranty program provides customers with optimum performance assurance by combining warranty coverage with annual maintenance and calibration. It includes:

• One complete instrument service and calibration per year at the factory, including cleaning and inspection, installation of the most recent firmware applicable to the instrument, calibration and testing;
• Replacement of worn parts, subject to program exclusions;
• One week turnaround upon receipt of the instrument at the factory;
• One week turnaround upon receipt of the instrument at the factory;
• One-way shipping costs, brokerage and duty charges within North America.

The Extended Warranty can be purchased when the instrument is purchased, or at any time within the first year after purchase of an MP-917, and will be in effect for one (1) full year, immediately after the original warranty has concluded. All Extended Warranty holders are entitled purchase a second Extended Warranty, valid for one (1) additional year, provided it is purchased prior to the expiry of the first Extended Warranty.

The Extended Warranty Program does not include probes, probe emulators or cables. It also does not include damage to any parts due to misuse or abuse, faceplate or case damage, major mechanical modifications or new system upgrades involving the addition of new parts or circuit boards.
