Ingvard Find

President / CEO & Director

A seasoned senior level executive and well respected and recognized as a leader in the international irrigation industry, Mr. Find brings to ESI more than 25 years of business leadership experience in agricultural irrigation and procurement development work carried out around the world in more than 100 countries. Mr. Find has held positions with major international irrigation and agriculture companies including: Rain Bird International, Lindsay Manufacturing, Con-Agra Foods, and McCain Foods Limited. Most recently he was Commercial Director, Latin America for John Deere Water. His entrepreneurial drive and strategic initiatives in the areas of new technology and market development have led these top international companies to significant market growth and expansion. Mr. Find's business development efforts have created opportunities for international companies to gain greater access to Latin American, Asia, Africa, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand markets through strategic alliances and channel development with domestic firms. Mr. Find is passionate about using innovation to change and improve the way resources are managed, and he has played key roles in the development of new products that have been instrumental in producing solutions as opposed to just another new product for sale.

Mr. Find has an Agronomy degree from Agricultural College, Denmark, and has taken graduate studies at the University of Minnesota, St Paul and the Richard Ivey School of Business in London, Ontario. He speaks several languages including: English, Spanish, and Danish, and also has a strong working knowledge of Portuguese, German and some French.

Stephan Radermacher

Director & Chairman

Mr. Radermacher brings 20 years of industrial management experience to the Board and will act as its Chairman. A business lawyer by education with law degrees from Germany (Munich LMU) and the U.S. (Duke), he has held various executive officer positions in private as well as in large international public corporations, among them ABB Power Generation, a global business with several hundred subsidiaries. Focusing on business development and corporate restructuring, Mr. Radermacher most recently joined an international consultancy as Managing Partner. In 2010 he assumed the role of Board Member and Chief Operating Officer of Avis Financial Corporation, which has recently acquired 30,000,000 common shares of ESI along with 30,000,000 share purchase warrants.

Johan Grandin

Director

Mr. Grandin has over 20 years of experience working with public companies and a proven track record in raising venture capital. Currently working with Element and Associates of Vancouver, BC, a full service corporate finance company, Mr. Grandin brings an extensive expertise in corporate financial restructuring and capital markets to ESI. Through his past officer and director positions for various public issuers, Mr. Grandin has learned to streamline growth initiatives with precision. Having also worked in the field of engineering, Mr. Grandin holds a Masters of Science degree in Business Economics and Engineering Physics.
