ESI Signs Authorized Flo•Point™ Agent for the United Arab Emirates
Victoria, British Columbia September 6, 2007 - is pleased to announce that the Company has signed an Agency Agreement for representation in the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.). As an authorized ESI Agent, Abdulla Nasser and Associates (ANA) will represent and promote ESI's oil products in the lucrative U.A.E market.

ESI's Flo•Point™ instrument has been deployed with customers at numerous sites in Alberta and as our success continues to grow in that region ESI is beginning to experience demand from foreign markets. The Flo•Point™ instrument uses a patented technology based on TDT to determine the real time percentage of water in a hydrocarbon (oil) stream. This information can then be used to optimized production and ensure maximum revenue with minimum costs while protecting water resources.
